This may also include information about your interactions with the Service features.
  • Trading Data (Indirect): While we aim to minimize direct collection, the Service inherently processes information related to your trading activity as facilitated through the connected API keys (e.g., order placements, balance checks performed via the exchange API). We may log metadata related to these operations for troubleshooting and service improvement.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Service to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Provide the core functionality of the automated trading service.
  • Authenticate your access to the Service and your connected exchange accounts (via API keys).

  • Supabase Vault: Your sensitive API keys are stored using Supabase Vault, designed for secure secret management.

  • With Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work (e.g., Supabase for database, authentication, and vault services).
  • Implicitly with Exchanges: When you connect an API key, the Service necessarily interacts with the corresponding exchange (e.g., Bybit) using that key to perform actions you authorize (like placing trades or checking balances). This interaction inherently shares data required by the exchange's API.
  • By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
  • Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

Deleting your account will result in the deletion of your API keys from our active systems and Vault.
